Solomon was on a manic quest to find satisfaction and meaning in life. He went to great lengths to become the wisest... partied the hardest... and gathered all of the world's riches and status symbols. He boasted that there was not anyone who could outdo his efforts in any of these categories. (Ecclesiastes 2:12) After exhausting every area, he came to the conclusion that there was no answer within himself.
Here it is Saturday and many will try to prove him wrong tonight... only to find themselves empty when their head hits the pillow in the quietness of the dark.
Maybe that is you! If so, hear the loving Savior draw you unto Himself in a safe, come-as-you-are type environment. (Acts 15:19) Know that our heart aches for you and we have prayed and prepared with you in mind. We have all been at that crossroad at some point! The FAMILY is ready to welcome you... encourage you... and walk with you on this Faith Adventure!
10am Sunday @ G-P Intermediate (4200 Wildcat Drive, Portland, TX) or posted online next week.
