EASTER : Mardi Gras - Ash Wednesday - Lenten Season

EASTER : Christians celebrate Easter as the resurrection of Christ on the third day after His crucifixion. It is the oldest Christian holiday and the most important day of the church year because of the significance of the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the events upon which Christianity is based (1 Corinthians 15:3-4,14). 21 Day Prayer Challenge

We are being called to prayer... not out of guilt or tragedy, but from love!  God is calling us to a deeper level of intimacy with Him through prayer.  On July 15th, the challenge was issued to commit the next 21 days to prayer.

Would you agree to pray at least once a day for the next 21 days?

Ephesians 6:18, "Pray at all times and on every occasion in the power of the Holy Spirit. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all Christians everywhere."

Then we pushed a little further with the 30 minute prayer shift challenge for this week.  How many 30 many shifts of prayer can you have this week where at least 1 second of every minute in a 30 minute time frame is spent with your heart focused on God in a Spirit of prayer?
